Century 21 has launched operations in the UAE and established its regional headquarters in Dubai as the base for its Middle East expansion, according to a statement issued by the company.
The company said the move brings one of the world’s largest real estate franchise networks into the UAE market. Century 21 operates in 82 countries with more than 400,000 members globally.
According to the statement, Dubai recorded Dh252 billion in property transactions in the first quarter of 2026, marking a 31% year-on-year increase, while foreign investment rose 26%.
The company said representatives from more than 50 countries within Century 21’s global network had recently expressed interest in UAE real estate opportunities.
Dubai’s population has grown from 2.65 million in 2016 to more than four million currently, with projections pointing to six million by 2033, the statement said.
Peter Matthews, Group CEO of Century 21 UAE and India, said: “The UAE government’s focus on attracting leading global businesses has created a market with strong fundamentals and long-term visibility. Establishing our regional headquarters here reflects both the scale of opportunity and the depth of demand we are seeing across our global network.”
The Dubai office will be led by Alex Pearson, Managing Director, who according to the company has established a team focused on both off-plan and secondary property markets.
Century 21 said its proprietary technology platform, Senda, connects the company’s global office network in real time and enables agents worldwide to access inventory and facilitate property transactions within the Century 21 ecosystem.
The company said it would focus on broker quality and expertise rather than volume as part of its UAE operations strategy.

The company provides real estate services through a global network of independent sales professionals and equips its members with tools, resources and marketing support to assist buyers and sellers in property transactions.
