ADNOC-group companies listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) said their operations continue as normal and that recent regional developments have had no material impact on their business or financial position.
In separate but similarly-worded disclosures filed with the ADX, ADNOC Distribution, ADNOC Logistics and Services, ADNOC Gas, ADNOC Drilling, Borouge, and Fertiglobe confirmed that they are closely monitoring the current situation in the UAE and the wider Gulf region while coordinating with relevant UAE authorities to ensure the safety of employees, facilities, and operations.
The companies stated that their operations remain uninterrupted and that they continue to maintain strong operational and financial positions. They also confirmed that the latest regional developments have had no material impact on business activities, liquidity, or financial standing.
Each company also highlighted the existence of well-established contingency and business continuity plans, supported by trained operational teams capable of responding swiftly to developments and maintaining site operations efficiently.
The disclosures further stated that the companies will continue to monitor the situation closely and will inform the market if any material developments arise.
All the statements also carried a forward-looking disclaimer, noting that the assessments reflect the companies’ position at the time of issuing the disclosures based on currently available information and may be revised as circumstances evolve.
Among the disclosures, Fertiglobe specifically noted that its global production operations remain unaffected, while Borouge stated that its business continuity plans had been activated and were supported by the immediate and professional response of its teams and partners.
