Emirates Foundation announced that the Dawamee programme achieved strong results that exceeded the targets set for 2024.
The programme was launched to provide flexible remote and part-time job opportunities for Emirati citizens, in line with the evolving needs of the labour market across both the public and private sectors.
In 2025, the programme recorded notable performance indicators, including more than 32,000 new registrations on the platform, the review of over 13,000 CVs, and the availability of more than 730 job opportunities across various emirates.
In addition, more than 2,400 candidate shortlisting processes were conducted, along with over 980 job interviews, offering more than 500 job opportunities for Emirati men and women across a variety of vacancies in the private sector.
The programme also organised more than 30 awareness workshops, benefiting over 2,200 male and female citizens, reflecting its active role in supporting job seekers and enhancing their readiness to enter the labour market.
Dawamee targets Emirati citizens aged 18 and above, with priority support given to People of Determination, low-income individuals, and residents of remote areas.
The programme is a free digital platform that connects job seekers with employers across various sectors, providing flexible solutions that meet the needs of both parties.
