MBME Group has announced a strategic collaboration with Comera Financial Holdings to explore opportunities in digital payments, financial services, and merchant solutions in the UAE.
The collaboration brings together MBME’s digital infrastructure and nationwide presence with Comera Financial Holdings’ financial services ecosystem, with a focus on enhancing customer access, convenience and innovation within UAE regulatory frameworks, a media statement said.
The two parties will evaluate a range of business, consumer, and merchant-focused use cases, including digital wallet services, payment acceptance and access to regulated financial services through MBME’s network.
As part of the collaboration, Comera Pay will explore introducing digital gold investment capabilities through integration with MBME, allowing users to buy, sell, and hold gold within the app, supported by secure infrastructure, real-time pricing and seamless liquidity.
The partnership will also provide merchants within MBME’s network access to Comera’s product suite, including POS terminals, SoftPOS, payment gateway, QR payments and payment links, as well as business finance offerings such as working capital solutions, invoice discounting and merchant cash advances.
