G42 and Publicis Sapient have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore the creation of an AI-first services joint venture focused on the UAE and the Global South.
According to a joint statement, the proposed venture would combine G42’s sovereign AI and cloud infrastructure with Publicis Sapient’s enterprise AI platforms and industry expertise. The initiative aims to accelerate enterprise AI adoption by translating AI capability into measurable business outcomes as enterprises and governments move from experimentation to deployment.
The companies said the joint venture would seek to accelerate digital transformation across the UAE and Global South by deploying AI agents at scale and enabling data-driven operations.
The partnership would deliver services across cloud modernisation, AI use case development, intelligent agent creation, enterprise software engineering, and full-scale AI deployment and optimisation. This, the statement said, would enable organisations to address operational challenges, personalise experiences, and automate processes through data-driven systems.
G42 will contribute its AI technology stack, from sovereign cloud infrastructure to foundation models, along with sector expertise and AI-native engineering talent. Publicis Sapient will provide enterprise-grade AI platforms, including Sapient Slingshot, which accelerates the end-to-end software development lifecycle and modernisation, and Sapient Bodhi, a platform for industry and function-specific agents and orchestration. Publicis Sapient also brings global transformation experience across more than 50 markets and industry expertise developed through large-scale digital programmes.

Subject to final agreements, the partners said they will formalise commercial and operating structures, with the joint venture targeted for establishment by mid-2026.
