A framework deal to settle the US-China dispute over TikTok calls for the social media platform to come under US-controlled ownership, US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said Monday.
"I think the framework is for it to switch to US-controlled ownership," he said following talks between the two sides in Madrid without giving further details.
