Aldar has launched its Customer Experience (CX) Academy, in partnership with Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches, to enhance service standards by embedding traditional Emirati hospitality principles.
The Academy, set to open by the end of Q1 2025, will train over 30,000 employees across Aldar’s businesses, including sales, retail, community management, hospitality, and education.
Talal Al Dhiyebi, Group CEO of Aldar, emphasised the initiative’s impact, stating: “By establishing the Aldar CX Academy, we are investing in a future where every interaction – with customers, investors, visitors, and partners – is an extraordinary experience infused with authentic Emirati hospitality. This is not just about service; it’s about creating a culture of generosity and human connection that defines who we are.”
The Academy will align with the Abu Dhabi Customer Experience Strategy, ensuring world-class service across all sectors. A state-of-the-art training facility is planned for Yas Island, fostering a hospitality-driven, digital-first culture.
