The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed Thursday’s trading session on a positive note at 9239.38 points and a 0.33% increase.
Seventy-two companies were involved in the trading session. Share prices of 36 went up, 26 went down and 10 remained unchanged.
Presight AI Holding and Bayanat led the gainers closing at Dh2.170 (7.43% increase) and Dh2.650 (5.16% increase), respectively.
Conversely, Al Khaleej Investment PJSC and Invictus Investment Company PLC recorded the biggest price drop closing at Dh2.4 (7.69% decline) and Dh2.62 (5.76% decline), respectively.
Similar to ADX, the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) also closed in the green at 4246.67 points and a 0.156% increase. A total of 38 companies were involved in the trading session. Share prices of 16 companies increased, 15 decreased and seven remained unchanged.
Mashreqbank PSc and Orascom Construction PLC recorded the highest gains closing at Dh179 (4.678% increase) and Dh5.425 (4.327% increase), respectively.
On the other hand, National Central Cooling Co. followed by AL SALAM Sudan recorded the biggest price drop closing at Dh3.030 (3.195% decline) and Dh0.703 (2.361% decline), respectively.
