Seventy-six companies were actively traded, revealing a mixed performance as 26 entities recorded upward movements, 37 faced declines, and 13 remained unchanged.
Among the top gainers were Gulf Medical Projects Co PSC, closing at Dh1.980 with an impressive 7.61% increase, followed by Q Holding PSC at Dh3.270, up by 5.83%, and National Bank of Umm Al-Qaiwain PSC at Dh2, marking a rise of 5.26%.
Conversely, the lowest prices of the day included E7 Group PJSC Warrants, closing at Dh2.470 with a 3.89% decrease, Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd at Dh6.550, down by 3.39%, and Umm Al Qaiwain General Investment Co PSC at Dh1.160, experiencing a decline of 3.33%.
On the other hand, the Dubai Financial Market closed at 4,170.59 points, noting an increase of 0.17%. The day witnessed a total of 5,726 trades, with a trading value amounting to Dh242.5 million.
Leading the gainers on the DFM were Takaful Emarat - Insurance PSC, closing at Dh0.724 with a surge of 8.22%, followed by Dubai Islamic Bank at Dh6.320, up by 1.120%, and National General Insurance Company P.J.S.C at Dh4.800, recording a gain of 1.053%. National International Holding Co KSCP, closed at Dh1.250 with a decline of 8.759%, Al Firdous Holdings PJSC at Dh0.350, down by 6.417%, and Owens Corning at Dh2.850, experiencing a decrease of 5%.
