Following the official launch of the national passenger network, Etihad Rail has unveiled the next phase of a national rail safety awareness campaign aimed at strengthening a culture of safety, responsibility, and mutual respect across the UAE's railway network.
At the heart of the campaign is a new flagship public safety infomercial designed to encourage passengers, communities and railway users to adopt simple everyday behaviours that contribute to a safer, more comfortable, and positive travel experience for everyone.
The campaign forms part of Etihad Rail's wider commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety across its operations while fostering a strong culture of awareness and responsibility among passengers and communities.
Alongside the film, Etihad Rail will continue delivering rail safety initiatives through community engagement programmes, educational outreach and partnerships with stakeholders across the UAE.
Executive Director of Commercial and Support at Etihad Rail Mobility, Adhraa Almansoori, said, “Guided by the vision of our wise leadership and their commitment to prioritising the safety of citizens, residents and visitors, safety remains at the heart of everything we do. As passenger rail enters a new chapter and becomes part of everyday life in the UAE, working together to establish a strong culture of safety from the outset is more important than ever.”
Almansoori added, “Building a strong culture of rail safety is a shared responsibility. Through this campaign, our aim is to ensure that safe behaviours become second nature for passengers and the wider community, reinforcing the role we all play in ensuring a safe and reliable national railway network and delivering an exceptional travel experience for everyone.”
Etihad Rail will continue working closely with government entities, educational institutions and local communities through targeted awareness initiatives and community engagement, to promote safe behaviours and support the development of a lasting culture of responsibility across the UAE's national railway.
