AMEINAH ALZEYOUDI (ABU DHABI)

Abu Dhabi Capital Group (ADCG), one of the Middle East and North Africa’s largest institutional investment groups, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Abu Dhabi-based React Holding to expand its presence in the media, events and communications sectors.

The agreement brings React Holding’s integrated media, events and production capabilities into ADCG’s diversified business ecosystem, creating opportunities for joint ventures, new investments and business development in the UAE, across the region and internationally.

The agreement was signed on Thursday by Khalifa Al Mazrouei, Group Chief Investment Officer of Abu Dhabi Capital Group and Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Al Ain Club, and Joseph Badr, Chief Executive Officer of React Holding, at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi in the presence of senior executives from both organisations.

Abubaker Al Khoori, Group Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi Capital Group, said in a statement: “We are pleased to welcome React Holding into our group. This partnership reflects our commitment to strategic collaborations that support Abu Dhabi’s economic vision, encourage innovation and create sustainable value for both organisations and the wider business community. We look forward to building on React’s strong foundations and supporting its next phase of growth.”

Al Mazrouei said: “React Holding’s entry into the ADCG ecosystem signifies a significant milestone in diversifying our investment portfolio across the media and events sectors.

With a presence firmly rooted in Abu Dhabi for two decades and a diversified group of companies, React brings the scale, market understanding and operational strength that make it a valuable enabler for ADCG.”

He added: “Together, we see significant potential for new investment opportunities and and drive further growth in this sector.”

Badr said: “This partnership marks a significant new chapter for React Holding.

Becoming part of Abu Dhabi Capital Group’s wider investment ecosystem positions React Holding for a new phase of growth, backed by the strength, scale and investment capabilities of one of the region’s leading investment groups.”

He added: “With ADCG’s backing, our ambition is to pursue larger investments, develop new ventures and drive meaningful transformation across the media and events sector.

This partnership gives React Holding the foundation to scale its operations, expand into new markets and build a stronger presence regionally and internationally.”
