His Excellency Major General Ahmed Saif bin Zaitoon Al Muhairi, Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police (ADP), visited the security patrols of the Directorate of Traffic and Security Patrols.
He reviewed their level of field readiness and the procedures in place to enhance security and safety and ensure a rapid response to reports.
The visit reflects ADP General Headquarters’ commitment to monitoring field operations and improving police performance.
He was briefed on the duties of the security patrols, their deployment, and distribution across various areas, and their role in responding quickly to reports and handling accidents and emergencies.
He also reviewed the use of modern technologies and systems to enhance the efficiency of field operations and the quality of security services provided to community members.
Major General Al Muhairi emphasised the importance of continuing to develop the security patrol system, raising levels of readiness and preparedness, and strengthening the speed and professionalism of responses to various situations.
He noted that these efforts contribute to sustaining security and safety, fostering a sense of reassurance, and enhancing quality of life in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
He praised the efforts and dedication of security patrol personnel in carrying out their duties around the clock, highlighting their role as one of the key pillars of the field policing system.
He encouraged them to continue striving for excellence, working as one team, and providing the highest levels of security services to the community.
