Lulu Retail Holdings has confirmed that its operations across the GCC continue to operate as normal, with no disruption to its supply chain or store network despite the geopolitical backdrop.
The company said all stores across its network remain open and fully operational, with appropriate stock levels maintained and trading activity continuing as usual.
Lulu stated that it operates a diversified procurement model, utilising its own sourcing and distribution centres to maintain visibility and control across its supply chain. The company works with established logistics partners to support distribution across its markets and has added additional transport routes across its network in recent days to ensure uninterrupted supply.
It said there are currently no foreseen risks to product availability or stock levels, adding that its broad presence across multiple GCC markets supports operational continuity and flexibility.
On its financial position, Lulu said its liquidity and cash flow remain sufficient to support ongoing operations and planned activities, with no material adverse developments, whether financial, operational or otherwise.
Employee and customer safety remain a priority, with operations continuing in line with internal protocols and local regulatory requirements across all markets. Lulu also acknowledged the support from authorities across the region in maintaining a stable operating environment.
Saifee Rupawala, Chief Executive Officer of Lulu, said: “We remain focused on ensuring uninterrupted access to essential products for our customers across the GCC. Our priority continues to be the safety of our employees and the continuity of our operations.
"We are well-positioned to manage through the current environment. The Company has long-standing contingency planning and risk management frameworks in place, which enable it to effectively navigate periods of uncertainty while maintaining high service standards.”
