LuLu Group has reaffirmed its commitment to uninterrupted supply and price stability across all markets, stating that its stores are fully operational and well stocked, with no disruption to supply.
The region’s leading full-line retailer, which operates more than 280 stores across the GCC, said it continues to maintain strong inventory levels across its stores and distribution centres.
Commenting on the current situation, Yusuffali M.A., Chairman of LuLu Group, said: “We would like to reassure our customers and communities that all LuLu stores and our online platforms are fully operational and well stocked. We have strong inventory levels across our stores and distribution centres, and there is absolutely no disruption to supply. I urge the residents to shop responsibly and there is no reason to panic.”
He added: “As a key stakeholder in the region’s food security ecosystem, ensuring uninterrupted availability of essential products is our highest priority. We are working closely with the relevant authorities and supply partners to continuously monitor developments and respond proactively.”
Highlighting the company’s global sourcing network, Yusuffali noted: “With sourcing offices in 26 countries, we are well positioned to maintain consistent product flow and manage procurement efficiently. This global network enables us to ensure both quality and price stability for our customers.”
LuLu said all its hypermarkets and affiliated formats across the GCC continue to operate as usual, with an enhanced focus on ensuring the availability of essential commodities, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan.
