Modon has launched Bashayer, the first ultra-premium waterfront community on Hudayriyat Island, marking a new milestone in the island’s development as an integrated lifestyle destination.
The new neighbourhood features luxury villas and premium apartments overlooking Al Bateen Beach and the Abu Dhabi skyline.
Bashayer offers 157 four- and five-bedroom villas within a gated community that includes a clubhouse with a rooftop infinity pool, an open green park, a children’s playground and a range of sports courts. Adjacent to the villas, 330 premium apartments are housed in two low-rise terraced buildings, offering one- to three-bedroom units along with four-bedroom penthouses.
