Presight has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Khazna Data Centers to roll out a first-of-its-kind AI-optimised facility management system across Khazna’s entire network of 30 data centres in the UAE.
Under the agreement, Presight will implement an advanced, AI-powered command and control platform from a secure hub in Abu Dhabi to manage Khazna’s digital infrastructure. The system will monitor energy consumption, cooling, equipment performance, and security, using predictive analytics to anticipate issues and optimise operations in real time.
Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight, said the collaboration “brings Applied Intelligence to the front lines of digital infrastructure, embedding AI at the core of mission-critical systems to deliver efficiency, resilience, and sustainability at scale.” He added that the initiative underscores Presight’s role in advancing the UAE’s digital ambitions and setting new benchmarks for data centre management.
Hassan Alnaqbi, CEO of Khazna, said the partnership will “transform operations into intelligent, adaptive systems that anticipate and optimise in real time,” establishing “a new standard for sustainable data centre operations” while supporting the UAE’s vision for an AI-powered economy.
The AI-driven solution is designed as the next generation of autonomous data centre technology. It will enhance energy efficiency, enable predictive maintenance, reduce downtime, and provide unified 24/7 oversight across all facilities. The command and control centre will also integrate with G42’s Intelligence Grid, linking Khazna’s operations with G42’s expanding network of AI infrastructure hubs across the UAE, Singapore, Kazakhstan, Europe, and Africa.
Presight, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange with G42 as its majority shareholder, specialises in AI and data analytics across sectors, while Khazna operates one of the world’s fastest-growing hyperscale data centre platforms, supporting the development of digital and AI economies globally.
