ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)
Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), the international financial centre of the UAE capital, has announced the launch of the “Advertising Permit” service on its AccessRP platform.
The initiative, introduced to reduce fake listings, strengthen market oversight, and enhance investor confidence, will require all property advertisements within ADGM’s jurisdiction to obtain a permit issued by the financial centre.
The service has been launched by ADGM’s Registration Authority (RA) in collaboration with the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) and the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC).
It reflects ADGM’s continued efforts as a leading regulator to promote governance, transparency and investor protection in the real estate sector.
The partnership leverages DMT and ADREC’s Madhmoun initiative, unveiled earlier this year as the UAE’s first-ever Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platform.
By integrating the Madhmoun initiative with ADGM’s Advertising Permit, the service not only regulates advertising but also connects with an internationally recognised platform designed to empower aggregators, raise market standards, and ensure authentic listings.
The Advertising Permit service is now available on the AccessRP platform and has been fully implemented across ADGM’s jurisdiction on both Al Maryah and Al Reem Islands.
