The General Administration of Abu Dhabi Customs (Abu Dhabi Customs) has issued an administrative decision, concerning the establishment and regulation of customs centres within Abu Dhabi.
The decision included the establishment of a new customs centre, the Al Faya Dry Port Customs Centre, which will operate under the supervision of the Customer Service Office of Abu Dhabi Customs, offering 24-hour service throughout the week.
The decision aims to set clear guidelines for the geographical jurisdictions of the customs centre, defining its competencies, customs procedures and operational hours.
