The Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX) has become a preferred destination for hunting and shooting enthusiasts to explore the latest innovations in the field.
From high-quality rifles to advanced shooting gear, the Hunting, Shooting Sports Guns and Equipment Sector is attracting a diverse audience during this year’s edition.
With partnerships from industry leaders such as CARACAL and MP3 International, the event is setting the UAE apart as a leading global hub for hunting, sports, and outdoor adventure.
CARACAL, a regional leader in the design and production of high-performance firearms and part of EDGE Group’s Missiles & Weapon cluster, is the Weaponry Sponsor for the 21st edition of ADIHEX.
The company has introduced a line of weapons — the Caracal F and Caracal C pistols, CAR 814 assault rifle, and CSR sniper rifle series — designed to withstand the harshest conditions, ensuring top-tier reliability, accuracy and performance.
Speaking to Aletihad, Hamad Al Ameri, CEO of CARACAL, said that CARACAL International, a leading UAE manufacturer of traditional hunting and sporting weapons, is proud to unveil new products at each exhibition, reaffirming their commitment to innovation and excellence.
“We see ourselves as pioneers in launching government initiatives designed to facilitate the needs of citizens, residents, and enthusiasts of this sport. Today, we are offering options for three types of weapons: the .22 calibre Saktoun rifle, the .223 calibre hunting rifle, and the .308 calibre hunting rifle.”
The Liwa Saktoun rifle is regarded as one of the best and most accurate .22 calibre rifles available today, according to Al Ameri. “For the .223 and .308 calibres, we have provided multiple options and designs to choose from,” he added.
In the weaponry section, MP3 International Trading Agencies stands out as a long-time exhibitor at ADIHEX, having participated since the event’s beginning in 2005.
Part of the EDGE Group’s GRADEONE, MP3 International is recognised for its comprehensive assortment of hunting rifles and shooting accessories.
Speaking to Aletihad, Ayman Alhashmi, Sales Executive at MP3 International, said: “We are an Emirati company specialised in exporting weapons of various kinds such as firearms, air weapons, and shooting weapons. One of our goals in this exhibition is to present unique and unconventional items. We not only display the usual weapons, but also present unique pieces such as rare weapons, and explain to visitors the difference between them and shooting weapons that use harmless plastic bullets.”
Alhashmi added that they are keen to show the diversity of weapons available and encourage everyone, from professionals to amateurs, to participate in various tournaments.
He stressed that MP3 International is dedicated to educating people about weapons and related sports, offering a variety of options to meet the needs of different groups.
