The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department continuously updates and develops its smart app to add more judicial and legal services through a single, integrated platform. This effort helps users benefit from modern technological means, saving time and effort and making it easier to access services flexibly and conveniently.

The Judicial Department explained that its new smart app provides an innovative and interactive experience for users, and allows users to log in using the UAE digital identity (UAE Pass). This enables easy access to all associated files, cases, and transactions, categorised by file type. Users can monitor these files, details, and links to upcoming scheduled sessions, and obtain digital copies of decisions and judgements. The new version of the smart app also allows for the payment of fines and immediate receipt of related decisions.

The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department said that over 200 services are available through the app. Users can submit applications and transactions based on the file type and the stage in the process, and can pay related fees for services such as child visitation, courts, enforcement, public prosecution, and deposits.

So far, there have been around 31,000 transactions conducted through the app, including courts, enforcement, public prosecution, deposits, and child visitation. The app has been downloaded 82,793 times from the Apple App Store and Google Play. The new version of the smart app allows users easy access to their judicial files and updates across all courts and public prosecution departments in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi through simplified steps.

The current version of the smart app allows users to follow updates on case files and their status in courts and public prosecution departments, view details, and download documents. It also facilitates the submission of requests, payment of fines, and due amounts in judicial files through multiple digital payment options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and updating the international account number for files. Users can also track the schedule of court sessions and attend them remotely, as well as access inquiry services about cases and the status of criminal files, and view notary public transactions, certifications, and digital marriage contracts.

A new mechanism has been established to notify litigants about issued judgements, necessary procedures, updates to their judicial files, court sessions, and submitted requests, guiding the user through the subsequent required steps.
