The Iranian terrorist attacks on our country were not merely a passing wave of missiles and drones crossing our skies; they were a real test that redefined our strength.
Over the course of 40 days, our nation emerged as an overwhelming and capable deterrent force, one that knows how to safeguard its security, protect its skies, and defend its homeland. It proved beyond any doubt that we have "bitter flesh — we are no easy prey".
For 40 days, we saw practical evidence of the foresight of our leadership, which has long believed that there can be no true development without the strength to protect it.
Accordingly, our development journey has been reinforced with every element of power and resilience, while a deeply rooted doctrine has been instilled within our armed forces — one that is today more mature and more formidable than ever in confronting its enemies.
For 40 days, our true capabilities were on full display: the ability to confront and protect, to remain steadfast, to maintain control, to manage crises, and to exercise strategic patience — all of which paved the way to victory.
For 40 days, the deep loyalty of our people to their nation and leadership was evident. The essence of our national identity shone through in a unified homeland, where all stood under one flag — citizens and residents, civilians and military alike.
For 40 days, our country offered lessons in vigilance that translated into security and reassurance across the nation. It proved that no attack, under any circumstances, can shake our superiority, disrupt our stability, undermine our development model, or cast doubt on the firm international confidence in our national economy.
In conclusion, while these attacks exposed the depth of hostility harboured by those who oppose our model, they also sent a clear message to the world: the UAE remains the most stable and secure environment globally, and its development path is well protected.
The response was swift — our nation's successful bid to host the 2029 Annual Meetings of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund, achieved with an overwhelming international vote.
