ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) announced that the highest temperature recorded in the UAE on Sunday was 39.3°C in Al Shawamekh, located in the emirate of Abu Dhabi.
According to its bulletin on X, the weather bureau recorded the five highest temperatures across the country on Sunday in the following areas:
- Al Shawamekh: 39.3°C at 2:45 pm
- Sweihan: 39.1°C at 2:00 pm
- Hamim: 38.9°C at 2:30 pm
- Saih Al Salem: 38.9°C at 2:00 pm
- Um Azimul: 38.6°C at 2:30 pm
