The Board of Trustees is comprised of His Excellency Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Sheikh Zayed bin Hamad Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Founder's Office; Dr Ahmed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the President's Office for Strategic Affairs and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office; Shamma bint Suhail Al Mazrui, Minister of Community Development and member of the International Humanitarian and Philanthropic Council; Rashid Saeed Al Ameri, Advisor at the President's Office for Strategic Affairs; Sultan Mohammed Al Shamsi, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Development Affairs and International Organisations and member of the International Humanitarian and Philanthropic Council; and Saeed Rashid Al Zaabi, Advisor to the Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes' Affairs.

Members of the Board of Trustees visited the forum exhibition, which highlighted the contributions of the foundations that are part of Erth Zayed Philanthropies, underscoring the UAE's global philanthropic leadership and impact, and highlighting the nation's commitment to addressing global challenges.

The forum also seeks to emphasise the importance of fostering collaboration between entities and advancing partnerships to drive scalable solutions, thereby reinforcing Erth Zayed's role as a catalyst for meaningful and lasting change.

In encouraging effective collaboration between entities, Erth Zayed Philanthropies will focus on ensuring that efforts are aligned with evolving global priorities and that outcomes prioritise improving lives and livelihoods locally, regionally, and globally.

On the occasion of the inaugural Erth Zayed Philanthropies Forum, His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed stated, "Erth Zayed Philanthropies will seek to enhance the reach and effectiveness of the UAE's philanthropic activities, but it cannot do so alone. The first Erth Zayed Philanthropies Forum highlights the importance of working together, and it is our steadfast belief that collaboration is the tool that will deliver compounded impact."
