Hotel revenues in the UAE surpassed Dh24.6 billion during the first half of 2024, as announced by the UAE Media Office on X.
This figure marks a seven percent increase compared to the same period in 2023.
Notably, the number of hotel guests reached 15.3 million, representing a 10.5 percent rise from the previous year.
Furthermore, the country recorded a 79.5 percent hotel occupancy rate, reflecting a 3.7 percent increase compared to 2023.
Additionally, 213,741 hotel rooms were available across the UAE, which is a three percent increase.
A total of 53 million hotel nights were recorded across the country, marking a 10 percent increase compared to the previous year.
