National Centre of Meteorology warns of 'rough sea' conditions

ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) issued a warning via its platform on X regarding expected 'rough sea' conditions.

The post said that there will be "fresh winds reaching 40 Km/h."

The Arabian Gulf will witness rough sea conditions with wave height reaching 6 ft.

Conditions are expected to last between 10am and 10 pm on Sunday. 

The NCM advised citizens, resident, and visitors to be on the lookout if they have outdoor activities planned and comply with relevent advice issued by the local authorities.

Additionally, the authority called on people who were planning on going to the beach to avoid swimming in the sea when conditions are rough.
