The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) issued the weather forecast for the upcoming week (Monday to Friday), in which the centre stated that light-to-moderate rain is expected over some regions of the United Arab Emirates.
On April 22 (Monday), there is a chance of light rain falling in the islands and certain western regions of the country.
As for April 23 (Tuesday), the chance of rainfall rises, with light to moderate showers expected, particularly in eastern regions.
On April 24 (Wednesday), partly cloudy skies were forecasted along with a drop in temperatures and slight possibility of light showers over the far northeastern regions around noon.
On April 25 (Thursday), predictions saw partly cloudy skies turning cloudy at times in the afternoon hours across far northern and eastern regions, along with a chance of light rain.
On April 26 (Friday), NCM said convective clouds will form towards the east, with a possibility of rainfall over mountainous areas in the afternoon.
The centre pointed out that it will be closely monitoring the weather situation, promising the provision of updates as needed.
Citizens, residents, and visitors were advised to keep an eye out for any potential changes in the forecast.
