Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, the Higher Organising Committee has unveiled the details for the 33rd edition of the UAE President’s Cup for Purebred Arabian Horses.
The 2026 season cements the cup’s legacy as the most prestigious and valuable Arabian horse racing series in history, with total prize money surpassing the Dh20 million mark.
This expansion follows the success of the 32nd edition, which saw 354 horses compete in front of more than 400,000 spectators at the world’s most renowned tracks. Furthermore, the series achieved a digital footprint of over 500 million views, providing a foundation for this year’s global tour.
The 2026 agenda features a comprehensive international circuit designed to support owners and breeders globally.
The season officially kicks off in Tunisia on April 19. It then moves to Churchill Downs in the United States on April 30, followed by France on May 10.
The tour moves on to Sweden on 6 June 6, Italy on June 21, Morocco on June 28, Germany on July 5, the Netherlands on July 26, England (Newbury) on August 14, Spain on August 15, Belgium on September 1, Türkiye on September 6, Russia on September 12, England (Doncaster) on September 12, and Poland on September 27.
The series then transitions to the Arab world, visiting a new stop in Syria on October 9, followed by Libya on October 24, and Egypt on October 31. The grand finale will take place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on November 20.
