Al Forsan International Sports Resort has hosted the FIA Karting Champions of the Future Academy 2024, one of the most prominent events in the annual karting calendar.
Organised by the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), which recently granted Al Forsan International Sports Resort an international license, the event reflects its role as a leading venue for global sports, and Abu Dhabi's position as an international championship hub.
The tournament was held from December 1-4, 2024, and featured three age groups: 7 to 10 years old, 11 to 13 years old, and 14 years old and above.
More than 100 competitors took part, while more than 500 people attended the event, which highlighted Al Forsan International Sports Resort’s outstanding infrastructure and ability to provide a quality experience for racers and fans alike.
The FIA has confirmed that Al Forsan International Sports Resort will host the final of the championship for the 2025 edition.
