Death toll in Lebanon rising steadily, says health ministry

The death toll in Lebanon is steadily rising, according to the Health Ministry. 

The Lebanon Health Ministry reported that between September 16 and 27, 1,030 people were killed in Israeli attacks on Lebanon. Of the victims, 87 were children and 56 were women. Additionally, 6,300 people were injured during this period.

According to the health ministry, since October 8 of last year, a total of 1,640 people have been killed, including 104 children and 194 women, with 8,408 people injured overall.
