The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Beijing, in collaboration with the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA), has organised a joint art exhibition titled "Creativity and Research for Young Artists." The event marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
The exhibition featured three main sections: "Youth in Art," "Mutual Learning Between Civilizations," and "Images of the Homeland." It showcased outstanding artworks by young talents from both the UAE and China.
Mohammed Al Hammadi, Vice President of the Emirates Fine Arts Society, emphasised that the exhibition serves as a significant cultural bridge, enhancing communication between the two nations in the fields of fine arts and handicrafts.
He noted the keen interest shown by Chinese visitors in traditional Emirati crafts, textiles, perfumes, and local industries.
Lin Mao, President of CAFA, stated that the exhibition highlights the creative transformations and dynamic evolution in contemporary art, exploring modern trends within the context of global culture.
The exhibition provides a vital platform for strengthening the bonds of friendship between Emirati and Chinese artists, reflecting the depth of cultural exchange and the contemporary spirit shared by the two countries.
