The code affirms the need to uphold human rights, freedom of expression, and noble human values, alongside respecting intellectual property rights and copyrights, thereby enhancing global security.

The code fosters cooperation with UN-affiliated organisations and forges partnerships with esteemed international cultural and intellectual institutions. It emphasises the necessity of collaboration with renowned international organisations to disseminate beneficial knowledge, propose solutions to global issues, facilitate cultural and humanitarian exchanges with intellectual centres worldwide, and actively contribute to sustainable development.
