EasyLease reported a sharp rise in profits for 2025, with profit before tax more than doubling to Dh101.9 million, as strong growth in its mobility and logistics businesses drove record full-year results.
According to the company’s financial results announcement, profit before tax surged 117% year on year, marking the strongest annual performance in EasyLease’s history.
Net profit climbed 111% to Dh90 million, supported by an 82% increase in operating profit to Dh98 million and a 77% rise in EBITDA to Dh205 million.
Revenue for the full year rose 56% year on year to Dh713 million, reflecting sustained demand across mobility, logistics, and delivery-linked solutions.
The company said improved fleet deployment and stronger margins contributed to earnings growth, alongside continued expansion across its core operating segments.
Gross profit increased 50% to Dh198 million, while EBITDA growth highlighted improved asset productivity and stronger cash earnings generation as the business scaled its operations during the year.
Commenting on the performance, Matar Suhail Ali Al Yabhouni, Chairman of EasyLease, said the results marked an important stage in the company’s evolution into a more integrated mobility and logistics platform, adding that the board remained focused on maintaining oversight as the business expanded.
Chief Executive Officer Ahmad Al Sadah described 2025 as a “landmark year” for EasyLease, noting that both profit before tax and net profit more than doubled during the period. He said the performance was driven by disciplined execution, sustained demand and the growing contribution of technology across operations.
Founded in 2011, EasyLease is listed on the ADX Second Market and operates as a capital subsidiary of International Holding Company (IHC). The company is a leading provider of integrated mobility solutions, catering to diverse sectors, including e-commerce, delivery, logistics, couriers, and food service providers.
EasyLease's fleet is one of the largest in the UAE market, comprising over 47,000 vehicles.
