As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance Emiratisation and empower young people, TRENDS Research & Advisory has announced its collaboration with Forsa Hub, which is part of Solutions+, a Mubadala company. This collaboration supports the Forsa Initiative, launched in 2023 to provide employment opportunities for UAE nationals in Al Ain.
The first cohort of the initiative is scheduled to begin on December18, 2024, marking a significant step toward achieving strategic goals aimed at creating an exceptional work environment that meets the aspirations of UAE youth.
Forsa Initiative aims to provide good job opportunities for UAE nationals in various sectors, enhance national skills through continuous training and development programmes, and support sustainable Emiratisation in alignment with the UAE’s vision.
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of TRENDS Research & Advisory, stated that Forsa Initiative is a significant step in fostering partnerships between national institutions. He emphasised that it is not just an employment initiative but reflects a comprehensive vision aimed at reshaping the work environment and making it more innovative and sustainable.
Dr. Al-Ali added that investing in young people is an investment in the future, noting that the initiative blends global best practices with a national vision to enhance and develop talents. He praised the efforts of Forsa Hub to recruit and train Emiratis, reaffirming TRENDS' commitment to supporting national initiatives that empower citizens and provide them with new opportunities for innovation and growth.
Nasir Al Nabhani, Managing Director of Solutions+, described the initiative as a practical model supporting the UAE’s vision for Emiratisation. He noted that Forsa Hub reflects the commitment of Solutions+’ to fostering partnerships that advance the Emiratisation strategy.
He stressed the importance of continuous support and specialised training programmes to prepare a new generation of national talent. Nasir acknowledged TRENDS' collaboration and close partnership with Forsa Hub, which includes employing several UAE citizens at TRENDS' office in Al Ain and expressed optimism about achieving tangible successes through this initiative.
Nasser Al-Ali, Head of the Administrative Affairs Sector at TRENDS, commended the collective efforts of all partners to ensure the initiative's success. He emphasised that the collaboration between national institutions such as Solutions+ and TRENDS reflects a shared commitment to creating sustainable and outstanding job opportunities for Emiratis. Al-Ali highlighted TRENDS’ goal of empowering youth by offering unique research opportunities and career paths that help achieve their ambitions and contribute to shaping the future.
Fahad Al-Mahri, Head of Dubai Office Sector at TRENDS, praised the efforts of both TRENDS and Solutions+ and stated that this partnership reflects TRENDS’ dedication to creating work environments aligned with the aspirations of future generations. He stressed that the collaboration under the Forsa Initiative comes at a pivotal time, addressing the growing need to empower Emirati youth and integrate them into the labour market through innovative ways. He noted that Emiratization is not just a goal but an ongoing journey that requires the collaboration of all stakeholders to succeed.
Warda Al-Menhali, Director of Corporate Communication Department and Head of TRENDS' Al Ain Office, emphasised the vital role of Al Ain in this initiative. She noted that TRENDS chose to establish its office in Al Ain to support local residents and provide creative research opportunities.
She explained that Al Ain is home to many talented Emiratis who have the potential to drive economic and social development. Forsa Hub has been specifically designed to serve as a launching platform these talents.
