Abu Dhabi Cricket & Sports Hub (ADCSH) has announced a strategic partnership with destination and experience developer Miral, appointing Yas Island as the Official Experiences Partner for the 2026 edition of the Abu Dhabi T10.
Under the agreement, Yas Island will serve as the host base for all participating tournament franchises. The destination’s attractions and hospitality venues will host key event fixtures, including the official trophy launch, opening and closing parties, and more.
The announcement follows the completion of the 2026 tournament draft at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, where 108 players were selected across six franchises: Arabian Aces, Emirates Eagles, Royal Desert Champions, UAE Bulls, United Tigers and Yas Lions. The 10-over cricket competition, the shortest official format in the sport, will take place at Zayed Cricket Stadium from November 7 to 20.
Matthew Boucher, Chief Executive Officer of ADCSH and the Abu Dhabi T10, stated that the collaboration aims to enhance the overall event infrastructure.
"The island is an unbelievable destination which will provide an exceptional setting for our teams, our players and for many of the tournament experiences," Boucher said.
"We are intent on putting player and destination experiences right at the very heart of our 2026 event delivery and this partnership provides us with the ultimate showcase for our participants and the watching world."
The partnership aligns with ongoing efforts to integrate sports events with Abu Dhabi’s wider tourism and leisure sector infrastructure.
Leon Marsh, Director of Events at Miral, highlighted the operational fit between the venue ecosystem and the international sports event.
"As an integrated and holistic hub for leisure, entertainment and hospitality, Yas Island is the ideal setting for the key moments and flagship events taking place during this year’s Abu Dhabi T10," Marsh said.
"We look forward to welcoming the global cricket community to Yas Island and sharing joyful, memorable moments throughout the tournament."
