The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) announced that the highest temperature recorded in the UAE on Friday was 45.8°C in Al Gheweifat, located in Al Dhafra region.
According to its bulletin on X, the weather bureau recorded the five highest temperatures across the country on Friday in the following areas:
- Al Gheweifat: 45.8°C at 3:00 pm
- Mezaira: 45.4°C at 2:30 pm
- Sweihan: 45.2°C at 2:00 pm
- Hamim: 45.2°C at 1:30 pm
- Al Arad: 45°C at 2:30 pm
