DUBAI (ALETIHAD)

Dubai Police has honoured Saudi citizen Abdulrazzaq bin Zaal bin Jabr Al Ruwaili for rescuing a man from drowning in Dubai Creek.

Brigadier Dr Hassan Suhail Al Suwaidi, Director of Ports Police Station, presented Al Ruwaili with a certificate of thanks and appreciation in recognition of his bravery.

Brigadier Dr Al Suwaidi praised Al Ruwaili’s actions, describing his intervention as an example of selflessness, humanitarian response and social responsibility.

Adding that such actions reflect the importance of individuals as partners in safeguarding one another, the official encouraged residents to similarly embrace the values of cooperation and community.

Al Ruwaili thanked Dubai Police for the recognition, saying his actions were simply a humanitarian and community duty. He also praised Dubai Police’s continued efforts to enhance security and safety, and serve the community.
