Abu Dhabi Police have carried out a field inspection in Al Dhafra to review security readiness, response systems and coordination between patrols and command operations.

Brigadier Mahmoud Yousuf Al Baloushi, Deputy Director of the Central Operations Sector, visited the Traffic and Security Patrols Directorate and the Command and Control Centre in Al Dhafra as part of ongoing efforts to assess operational performance and preparedness.

In a post on X, Abu Dhabi Police said that the visit focused on security readiness at both facilities and the efficiency of systems used to manage incidents and support field teams.

The visit included a tour of the Command and Control Centre in Al Dhafra Region, where he was received by Brigadier Hamdan Saif Al Mansouri, Director of the Al Dhafra Region Police Directorate within the Criminal Security Sector.

Brigadier Al Baloushi was briefed on how reports are received and managed, how operations are monitored and how modern systems and technology are used to speed up responses and improve the handling of different incidents.

The visit also covered the role of the centre in coordinating with officers in the field and supporting the wider security and safety system across Al Dhafra.

Brigadier Al Baloushi also visited the Traffic and Security Patrols Directorate, where he was received by Colonel Saif Mohammed Naif Al Ameri, Director of the directorate, and a number of officers.

He attended an inspection parade of operational patrols and reviewed readiness procedures and preparations carried out before teams are deployed.

He was also briefed on live monitoring systems linked to the operations room across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi Police said that the technology supports closer coordination between command and control teams and officers on the ground, helping improve field response and operational efficiency.
