His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, shared a post on X, writing, "I learned from life that Zayed was not merely a leader and a ruler; he was a great idea. There are great leaders who build nations, and there are thinkers and reformers who build people. Zayed built a nation, and he built its people. He forged a profound bond between the individual and the homeland. And Zayed will remain immortal in the memory of the nation and in the hearts of its people."
