The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) announced that the highest temperature recorded in the UAE on Tuesday was 49.5°C in Gasyoura, located in Al Dhafra Region, at 3pm local time.
According to its bulletin on X, the weather bureau recorded the five highest temperatures across the country on Tuesday in the following areas:
- Gasyoura: 49.5°C at 3pm
- Al Arad: 49°C at 2:45pm
- Um Azimul: 48.7°C at 3:45pam
- Hamim: 48.5°C at 2:15pm
- Al Quaa: 48.3°C at 3pm
