The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) announced that the highest temperature recorded in the UAE on Saturday was 46.9°C in Mezaira, located in Al Dhafra region.
According to its bulletin on X, the weather bureau recorded the five highest temperatures across the country on Saturday in the following areas:
- Mezaira: 46.9°C at 3:00 pm
- Owtaid: 46.7°C at 4:15 pm
- Madinat Zayed: 46.5°C at 1:45 pm
- Al Shawamekh: 46.5°C at 2:45 pm
- Al Jazeera B.G.: 46.4°C at 2:30 pm
