Abu Dhabi Police explored new avenues for international cooperation and reviewed advanced security technologies during a visit to Eurosatory 2026 in Paris.
A delegation from the General Command of Abu Dhabi Police toured the exhibition - one of the world's leading events for the defence and security industries - as part of the force's efforts to keep pace with technological developments and expand ties with international institutions.
According to a statement published on X, the Abu Dhabi Police delegation examined smart security systems, artificial intelligence applications, specialist vehicles and other technologies designed to support police operations and improve public safety.
It also held bilateral meetings with representatives of local and international organisations to discuss cooperation, exchange expertise and learn from global practices in security and technology.
Colonel Dr Abdullah Nasser Al Mazrouei, head of the delegation, met the General Commissioner of Eurosatory and the CEO of EDGE Group on the sidelines of the exhibition.
The talks covered potential partnerships in the security and defence sectors, as well as the exchange of expertise and the development of advanced operational frameworks suited to future requirements.
Colonel Dr Al Mazrouei said that closer communication between international security and defence institutions could improve readiness and support the development of future police operations.
He added that specialised exhibitions provide a global platform for exchanging expertise and reviewing the latest security technologies and solutions, helping police organisations prepare for changing operational demands.
