Twenty participants from the Ministry of Defence, Abu Dhabi Police, and the Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority successfully completed the Foundational Motorcycle Training Course.
The General Headquarters of Abu Dhabi Police's course was organised by the Traffic Training Branch in Al Ain City at the Criminal Justice Institute, under the Police and Security Institutes Department of the Saif bin Zayed Academy for Police and Security Sciences.
Colonel Abdulkarim Khalifa Al Hammadi, Acting Director of the Police and Security Institutes Department, stressed ADP’s commitment to developing national talent and enhancing the readiness of security personnel through advanced specialised training programmes that align with modern policing best practices.
He noted that these programmes help improve field performance efficiency, support ADP’s strategic priority of “readiness and preparedness,” and contribute to maintaining community safety and security.
He explained that the course is part of ADP’s continuous training system, which aims to qualify personnel and equip them with the specialised skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively and confidently.
This, in turn, strengthens their ability to handle various field situations in accordance with the highest standards of professionalism.
