His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, said that those who invest in the UAE are investing in growth, prosperity and a brighter future.
His Highness' remarks came in a post on X in Arabic, in which he highlighted the UAE's position as one of the world's top 10 exporting countries, according to the latest figures from the World Trade Organisation's (WTO).
His Highness said in the post: "In its latest report, the World Trade Organization ranked the UAE among the world's top 10 global exporters of goods for the first time in its history, advancing from 17th to 9th place in just five years."
His Highness added: "Our total foreign trade reached Dh 6 trillion ($1.6 trillion) last year, marking a 15% increase compared with the previous year, with a trade surplus of Dh 584 billion across goods and services with countries worldwide.
"Whoever bets on the UAE is betting on growth, on prosperity and on a better future, God willing."
