Large swathes of the UAE will experience rainfall accompanied by strong winds on Tuesday, March 31, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has announced.
In a statement, the national weather bureau said the conditions will be driven by the formation of convective clouds, which are associated with rainfall and strong winds. Wind speeds are expected to reach about 45 km/h in certain areas, which could cause blowing dust and sand.
The conditions are expected to continue until 12:20am on Wednesday, April 1.
