Miral has announced the opening of Yas Bay East Beach, a 290-metre stretch of waterfront on Yas Island scheduled to welcome the public from March 19.
Operated by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, the new destination aims to provide a contemporary coastal escape that balances relaxation with an active lifestyle.
The beach features a dedicated fitness zone and an open sports area, with activities such as snorkeling, beach volleyball, and badminton available from launch.
From June, the programming will expand to include wellness sessions such as yoga, breathwork and beach bootcamps.
Jonathan Brown, Chief Portfolio Officer at Miral, described the opening as a strategic milestone in positioning Yas Island as a global leisure destination.
Located in close proximity to the Yas Bay Waterfront entertainment district, the beach will be open daily from 7am until sunset.
While the beach is free for resident guests of Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, public access is available at Dh100 on weekdays and Dh150 on weekends.
Children aged six to 12 receive a 50 per cent discount, while those under six enter for free.
