ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)

Air Arabia has temporarily suspended all flights to and from the UAE until 3pm UAE time on Wednesday, March 4 due to ongoing regional airspace disruption.

The airline also confirmed that flights to Lebanon, Jordan, Syria and Iraq are suspended until March 5.

“Air Arabia flights to and from the UAE are temporarily suspended until [3pm] (UAE time) Wednesday, 04 March 2026. Flights to Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, and Iraq are suspended until 05 March 2026,” the airline said in its statement.

Air Arabia added that a limited number of flights may operate in coordination with relevant authorities, subject to operational and safety approvals. Passengers scheduled on operating flights will be notified directly.

All other passengers have been advised not to travel to the airport unless contacted directly by the airline.

What passengers should know

Customers are urged to:

• Check flight status and the latest updates
• Monitor their email for notifications
• Ensure contact details are up to date via the Manage Booking page

Passengers who booked directly through Air Arabia and whose departure is within the next 24 hours are advised to review alternative options through the airline’s official channels.

Customers who booked through travel agents should contact their agents directly.

The airline said it is currently experiencing a high volume of enquiries and thanked customers for their patience.

Safety priority

“The safety of our passengers and crew remains our highest priority,” the airline said.

Further updates will be issued as developments continue.
