flydubai has temporarily suspended all flights to and from Dubai until 3pm UAE time on Tuesday, March 3 due to ongoing regional developments.
In an operational update issued on March 2 at 12:50 Dubai time (GMT+4), the airline confirmed the suspension remains in effect until [3pm] UAE time on March 3
“Due to ongoing developments in the region, flydubai has temporarily suspended all flights to and from Dubai until [3pm] (UAE time) on Tuesday, 03 March 2026,” the airline said in its statement.
The airline added that this is a developing situation and that it is monitoring it closely while working with relevant authorities to adjust flight schedules accordingly.
“Our teams are working diligently to implement comprehensive welfare for all affected customers. The safety of our passengers and crew remains our highest priority,” the airline said, apologising for the inconvenience caused to customers’ travel schedules.
What passengers should know
The flydubai Contact Centre is currently experiencing a high volume of calls, and the airline said it appreciates customers’ patience while teams work to assist as quickly as possible.
Customers booked to travel within the next 72 hours are advised to:
• Log in to Manage Your Booking
• Rebook on an alternative flight to the same destination up to 20 days from the original travel date, free of charge
• Ensure that their contact details are up to date
• Continue to check flight status before heading to the airport
• Contact the flydubai Contact Centre in Dubai at (+971) 600 54 44 45, visit a flydubai travel shop, or reach out to their respective travel agent for rebooking or refund options
