Emirates has temporarily suspended all operations to and from Dubai until 3pm UAE time on Tuesday, March 3 due to multiple regional airspace closures.
In an operational update issued on March 2 at 7:02am Dubai time, the airline confirmed the suspension remains in effect until [3pm] UAE time on March 3.
“Due to multiple regional airspace closures, Emirates has temporarily suspended all operations to and from Dubai, up until [3pm] UAE time on Tuesday, 3 March,” the airline said in its statement.
The airline added that the situation remains dynamic and is being continuously assessed.
What Passengers Should Know
Emirates urged customers to review the latest operational updates and check their email for notifications regarding changes or cancellations before travelling to the airport.
“If you are booked to travel before or on 5 March, your options are: Rebook on an alternate flight,” the airline said.
Passengers may rebook on another flight to their intended destination for travel on or before March 20.
Customers who booked through a travel agent are advised to contact their agent directly. Those who booked directly with Emirates should contact the airline.
Passengers may also request a refund by completing the refund form if the booking was made directly with Emirates. Customers who booked through travel agencies must contact their agents.
The airline also said customers should ensure their contact details are correct by visiting “Manage Your Booking” to receive updates.
Emirates confirmed that all city check-in points across Dubai are temporarily closed until further notice.

“We are actively monitoring the situation and engaging with relevant authorities,” the airline said.
Emirates apologised to customers affected by disruptions and reiterated that the safety and security of its passengers and crew remain its highest priority.
