Air Arabia: All UAE flights suspended until 3pm UAE time on Monday, March 2

ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)

Air Arabia has temporarily suspended all flights to and from the UAE until [3pm] UAE time on Monday, March 2 due to multiple airspace closures.

In an operational update, the airline also confirmed that flights to Lebanon, Jordan, Syria and Iraq are suspended until March 3.

"Due to ongoing airspace closures, Air Arabia flights to and from the United Arab Emirates have been temporarily suspended until [3pm] (UAE time), Monday, 2 March [2026]. In addition, flights to Lebanon, Jordan, and Iraq are suspended until 3 March [2026]," the airline said in its statement.

The airline said it continues to actively monitor developments and that operations will resume once the airspace reopens.

Passengers due to travel are advised to:

Air Arabia said customers with flights scheduled within the next 24 hours will be notified directly by email and SMS regarding alternative options.

Customers who booked through travel agents are advised to contact their agents directly.

Passengers are encouraged to ensure their contact details are up to date by visiting the airline’s Manage Booking page to receive the latest updates.

The airline urged all customers to check their flight status before proceeding to the airport.
