As part of a nationwide open call under the theme ‘United’, contributors from across the emirates were invited to participate in the creation of the collection, ensuring that the designs represent the breadth of the UAE’s creative community.
This initiative reflected Eid Al Etihad’s ongoing commitment to celebrating the nation’s cultural identity, supporting local talent, and creating inclusive opportunities.
The official merchandise collection is designed to live beyond the celebrations, offering the public meaningful tokens of memory, from apparel and lifestyle accessories to household decorations and family games, that reflect the UAE’s cultural identity and shared values year-round. The official merchandise collection is available on the official Noon storefront.
Speaking about this year’s merchandise "Open Call" results and the creative process behind the collection, Showg Mudhafar, Product and Design Manager of the Eid Al Etihad team, stated: “From the beginning, the "Open Call" was intended to go beyond designing products. It was about creating a platform for artists and makers to contribute to a shared national narrative. It brought together creative voices that each interpreted identity, heritage, and the Eid Al Etihad brand in their designs, resulting in keepsakes with lasting meaning beyond the celebrations.”
The Eid Al Etihad Team expresses deep gratitude and pride for the 44 contributors from across the emirates. Through their efforts, each piece was thoughtfully designed to bring forward elements of heritage, craftsmanship, and community.
